| This 12'' EP is a bootleg recording
pressed in 1986 for a small label called "Zero Zeitgeist" which is probably
German. It contains five songs: The Silver Lady, Knight Moves, Small Blue
Thing, Cracking and The Boulevardiers.
The songs were taped in 1983 at a birthday party for a friend of Vega for whom she performs the songs. He is introduced by Vega as "a fellow Boulevardier". Unfortunately the sound quality is rather bad. I don't know how far spread this particular EP is. I have found it at a German record fair in 1997. If you have more information about this particular EP (such as the name of the friend Vega was singing for or if there are more bootlegs from the same tape) please let me know! |
